Terms and Conditions for Accepting Purchase Order from Urban Skilz LLP
- Payment Terms: Payment is due within [30] days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delivery Terms: Delivery of the questions/items shall be made to [mail@skilz.in] by the specified delivery dates.
- Inspection and Acceptance: All questions/items are subject to inspection and approval by [Our End Client] upon delivery. Any questions/items that do not conform to the PO may be rejected and returned at the SME’s expense.
- Quality Assurance: The SME warrants that all questions/items supplied under this PO are free from defects, Errors, Typo’s, etc and conform to the specifications provided.
- Intellectual Property: The SME guarantees that all questions/items provided are original and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Cancellation: [Urban Skilz LLP] reserves the right to cancel this PO, or any part thereof, without penalty, if the SME fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this PO.
- Confidentiality: The SME agrees to keep all information related to this PO confidential and shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of [Urban Skilz LLP].
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this PO due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or labor disputes.
- Governing Law: This PO shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Uttar Pradesh].
The Terms and Conditions are applied to all POs accepted after the 1st of April 2024 till further modification.
